In the rare event of an emergency, the safety and well-being of your pet are our top priorities. Our van is equipped with basic first aid supplies, and our groomers are trained to handle minor incidents and pet CPR. If the situation requires immediate veterinary attention, we will contact you immediately to discuss the next steps.

In cases of serious emergencies and we are unable to reach you, we will transport your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic or hospital. We keep a record of your pet’s veterinary office on file and will do our best to utilize this office, provided the circumstances allow it. Please rest assured that we are well-prepared to handle unexpected situations, and we maintain open communication with you throughout the process.
