Life is busy. Workdays are full. Schedules change. Our Drop-In Program is designed for trusted, established Pups Mobile Spa clients who want their dog groomed while they’re away from home—without the stress of being present during the arrival window.

This program is by approval only and available to clients who meet specific criteria to ensure the safety, comfort, and consistency of every groom.

The Drop-In Program is ideal for:

• Busy professionals and working households
• Clients who are regularly away during business hours
• Pet parents who want reliable, recurring grooming without rearranging their day
• Dogs who are comfortable with routine handling and established grooming processes

If you love the convenience of mobile grooming but don’t always have flexibility to be home, this program was created with you in mind.

• No need to be home during the appointment window
• Your dog is groomed while you’re at work or out for the day
• Same high-quality, one-on-one grooming experience your pup already knows 
• Photo confirmation sent after the groom, so you know your pup is safe and settled back at home

To ensure safety and efficiency, Drop-In Appointments follow a very specific process:

• Your dog must be immediately accessible upon entry to the home
  • This means:
    • A kennel or
    • A small room with the door fully closed
• For everyone's safety, we will not search for, chase, or retrieve loose dogs within the home
• Your groomer will text on their way and upon arrival
• Your pup will be groomed according to their standing grooming instructions. If you’d like anything different for a specific visit, simply text us the day-of
• You must remain immediately accessible by phone, and remain a short distance from home, in case of emergency. 
• After the groom, we will:
  • Return your dog to their designated space 
  • Send you a photo confirmation showing your pup safely secured at home

Prior to your appointment, you must provide clear, reliable instructions for:

• How we will access your home
  • Open door or
  • Door/access code provided
• How to access your dog immediately upon entry

If we arrive and your dog is not accessible via kennel or closed room, the appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show.

To be eligible for the Drop-In Program, all of the following must be true:

• Your dog is on a recurring grooming schedule of every 6 weeks or less
• You have completed at least one prior groom with Pups Mobile Spa
• Your dog is accustomed to grooming and handles the experience well
• You have signed the Drop-In Program Agreement
• You have received explicit approval from our team before opting in

Approval is required before scheduling any Drop-In Appointment.

• Drop-In Appointments are subject to time changes
• For routing and efficiency purposes, these appointments may be moved to any time during the service day
• By opting into the Drop-In Program, you acknowledge and accept this flexibility

This program exists to create convenience without compromising safety. Clear access to both you and your pup, predictable handling, and established routines are essential for both your dog and our groomers. If at any point a Drop-In Appointment cannot be completed safely or as outlined above, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a no-show fee.
