At Pups Mobile Spa, the health and safety of you and your pets are our top priorities. We are committed to providing exceptional grooming services while maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. To ensure a positive experience for both you and your pets, we have established the following policies:
Payment Info
Payment is accepted electronically at the time of service. We accept credit and debit. We take a $50 deposit at time of booking to hold your appointment.
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.
Appointment times scheduled are estimated times of arrival based on a 2-hour appointment window provided when you schedule. As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays, such as, but not limited to: Refueling, traffic, driving distance from previous appointment and running over on a previous appointment. If we expect we will be more than 15 minutes early or late, we may call or text ahead.
On rare occasions, Pups Mobile Spa may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact you in advance to reschedule.
Vaccination and Veterinary Records:
For the safety of all pets, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. This helps maintain a healthy environment for everyone involved. We also ask to keep a record of your veterinarian on file in case of emergency.
Health Considerations:
If your pet has any known health issues, allergies, or special requirements, please inform us during the booking process. This allows us to tailor the grooming experience to your pet's specific needs.
Matted or Neglected Coat:
Excessive de-matting is a painful and costly procedure that aggravate or cause skin problems both during and after grooming. In some instances a shave-down is a safer method of removing the matting. It is within Pups Mobile Spa LLC’s discretion to determine the safest method of grooming for your pet. De-matting and shaving methods can incur an additional fee, depending on the severity and type of the pet.
Heavy matting can cause skin health problems for your pet, and can create risk of cuts, abrasions, or itchiness after grooming. You as the client are responsible for the condition of the pet’s coat and will not hold Pups Mobile Spa LLC responsible for the adverse effects of mat removal.
You as the client acknowledge the risks of shaving a pet, which include sunburn if closely shaved and the potential for the hair to not grow back the same way.
Groomer-Pet Interaction:
While we appreciate the concern for your pet, we kindly ask that you allow our groomers to work one-on-one with your pet. This ensures a calm and stress-free environment, allowing our experts to focus on providing the best care.
Pet Behavior and Pre-existing Health Issues:
Grooming can be a stressful process for your pet, especially for senior pets or those with health problems. For both your pet’s safety and the groomer’s, the groomer reserves the right to:
§ End the groom before completion if it is deemed unsafe for the pet to continue. In this case the groomer will recommend the best method to finish the groom – either revisiting or referring you to your veterinary office.
§ Determine a grooming style that minimizes discomfort and risk of accident or injury.
If the grooming process exposes or exacerbates a pre-existing condition and the pet requires immediate medical attention, the groomer will seek to contact you first but reserves the right to seek immediate veterinary attention if they are unable to reach you. You assume the full cost of veterinary services.
Fleas and Ticks:
If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks, the groomer will administer a flea and tick shampoo to eradicate the fleas and ticks and to maintain salon sanitation. A $50 de-bugging and cleaning fee will be charged.
Emergency Preparedness:
In the unlikely event of an emergency, our groomers are trained to handle minor incidents. We also have basic first aid supplies on hand. For serious emergencies, we will seek immediate veterinary attention and contact you promptly. We reserve the right to transport your pet to the nearest available veterinary practice if deemed needed. By purchasing grooming services you assume the cost of any potential veterinary assistance.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:
Our grooming van is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each appointment to maintain a hygienic environment for your pet.
Professionalism and Ethics:
Our groomers adhere to the highest professional standards and ethics. We treat every pet with respect, kindness, and patience, ensuring their experience is positive and stress-free.

Pictures:
By purchasing grooming services, you consent that Pups Mobile Spa may take pictures of your pet, before and after grooming, for utilization in website, social media, and any/all advertising purposes.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PUPS MOBILE SPA LLC, NOR THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR ASSIGNS, BE LIABLE TO THE UNDERSIGNED OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, OR LOSS OF LIFE OF YOUR PET THAT IS THE RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT PUPS MOBILE SPA LLC WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Waiver and Release
YOU UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND AGREE THAT YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY PUPS MOBILE SPA LLC, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND ASSIGNS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF YOUR PET, ALL RISK OF INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH OF YOUR PET THAT RESULT FROM THE PROVISION OF SERVICES HEREUNDER, AND YOU RELEASE PUPS MOBILE SPA LLC, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND UNDERSTAND THEM TO BE A RELEASE OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION FOR NEGLIGENCE OR MORE CULPABLE CONDUCT FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE RECEIVING SERVICES PROVIDED BY PUPS MOBILE SPA LLC.
